Artist Statement

For my concept, I chose to do something art related. I chose this because I wanted the series to relate to something that is part of my everyday life. For the first, second, and fourth cinemagraphs, I used as much acrylic paint as I had lying around and I shot the footage using a tripod. The third cinemagraph is a bit different from the other ones in the series. I used watercolor instead of acrylic paint, and I leaned my phone against my water bottle. I did this because I wanted to show a different perspective and medium from the rest in the series. Overall, I think they turned out good and I had fun making them. These were all edited in Adobe Photoshop.
