CIMB OCTO STICKERS
In this project, my task is to design WhatsApp stickers for CIMB Malaysia.
The stickers are designed based on their current mascot—a red octopus.
An observation on sticker usage on WhatsApp tells me that people tend to shy away from using branded stickers. In order to address this, I proposed to create a series of cute, chibi inspired Octo to encourage sticker usage. After all, we only use stickers when they are cute or funny. The new Octo was designed to be as expressive as possible. I still kept all the essence of Octo who was depicted as a multitasker, playful and curious mascot.
