PROJECT OVERVIEW
The primary goal of this application allows donors search for nearby charity organization, schedule pick ups, track donation items.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Donors need a user friendly application to help connect with charity organization when the need to donate arise.
USER RESEARCH
I was able to physically interview people who happened to have donated clothes and those who haven't donated to know their pain points- their experience and why they haven't donated before.
Here is what a few had to say:
" I find it stressful going from one place to another physically in search of where to donate things. "
" With the poor roads in Nigeria, I wish those donation centers/charity organization can have a pickup system for those who want to donate but have no time to do so "
" Donation Items should be registered to ensure/enable easy tracking "

Bio:
Jenny is a nurse who travel occasionally and has a busy schedule.
Scenario:
Jenny wants to serve humanity by giving aid to those in need. The problem is, due to her busy schedule, she hardly have time to provide aid as much as she wants to
Goal:
wants to provide aid and participate fully
Frustration:
lack of time, no avenue to search for charity organization online etc.
