Coxel is effective against gram +ve & gram -ve infections, Amoxycillin offers synergistic action. Cloxacillin Potentiates the antibacterial spectrum of Amoxycillin by inhibiting the beta-lactamase. It is highly effective in Mastitis caused by Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, E.Coli, Corynebacterium pyogenes.

Anoestrus - 2-3ml Fixo to be injected & if unresponded repeat after 10 days.
Uterine prolapse - Fixo 2-3ml I/M & repeat on 3rd day if necessary due to produced heat.
Uterine prolapse- Fixo 2-3ml I/M an alternate day on occasion & followed by one injection per week for 3 weeks due to post-partum after delivery.
