In Guangdong culture, people are used to gathering in restaurant and yum cha, which means a group of people having local breakfast and drinking tea together. Due to the COVID, we have all been experiencing the social distancing. People are seldom gathering and always being alone. Therefore, I made a personal teapot. This is a genderless and hairless human, who is lying down. I feel the most comfortable by doing this pose during sleeping, which delivers a peacefulness to myself when I am using the teapot. The aim of removing the hair without any indication of gender to let the user focus on it gestural peacefulness.
