P8
Wearable dynamic controller
P8 is a wearable device. P8 structure is composed of elements for intermediate
input control and it supports the simultaneous physical action of a single user.
The user is able to coordinate, control and change variables settings managing different inputs present in P8. Each input can be single or combinated. The input complexity depends on how the user manages the dynamic and combination of the various controls.
P8 comes as an octagonal structure made of eight sliding dowels. The dowels are connected by sixteen elastic bands. The user can manage the bands tension by pulling them or altering the octagonal structure.
The device variables are essentially three: the ectagonal structure rotation, the sliding dowels and the elastic bands tension.
