Brief:
Vodafone Gujarat wanted its customers who were still subscribing to paper bills, to switch to e-bills.

Solution:
A dummy bill was printed on the other side of the actual bill and sent to the customers. The difference was that instead of regular figures, the numbers and facts in this version stated the damage being caused to the planet because of paper bills. This bill was folded in a way that the customer read the dummy version first. These bills managed to catch the customers completely off-guard and got them thinking about the implications of their actions. 

Result:
Over 8 lakh customers, who were still on paper bills, were sent the Last Bill. The results were immediate as 15% of them subscribed to e-bills instantly. And there has been a noticeable rise in monthly conversions as well.
