Registered and certified Medical consultants, Hospitals, Medical Institutes, Research agents can purchase DNA from Elegen, where elegen can create DNAs, based on the client requirements.
Business Use case
Users who need DNA, they can buy from elegen. User can register from the Elegen application and enter into the portal with valid login credentials. To complete the DNA order need to upload certain valid documents before submitting the order.
Key Solution
The main functionality is to create a profile, create an order, upload documents and order confirmation. Provided industry best solution in terms of user experience and user journey by providing step by step visual wizard on a priority sequence.
