"Welcome Kit" Portable Presentation Design.
Tri-fold booklet Design

____

I've developed a portable phone booklet presentation to help new employees understand the rules of the office building where they'll be working.

The design of the presentation follows the company's brand guidelines, ensuring that it looks and feels like a seamless part of the overall communications. The navigation through the pages has been carefully planned to be easy and accessible for every new employee, with clear and concise instructions and visual aids to help guide them through the content.

The building is a multi-tech facility with many different tenants, each with their own unique set of rules and regulations. I believe that it's important for new employees to have a clear understanding of these rules from day one, in order to feel confident and comfortable in their new environment.
The portable phone booklet presentation includes all of the essential information that new employees need to know, including rules about building access, security protocols, and emergency procedures. It also provides information about the different amenities and services available in the building, such as the cafeteria, office spaces and other services.
By providing this information in a portable phone booklet format, I make it easy for new employees to access and review the information whenever they need it. This helps to ensure that they have a solid understanding of the rules and regulations of the building, and can navigate their new workplace with confidence.
Overall, I believe that providing a comprehensive and user-friendly resource like our portable phone booklet presentation is essential for welcoming new employees and helping them get acclimated to their new work environment.
