This was actually part of my lighting and texturing module, But I’m quite proud of it and most of the work went into the model itself; so I’m classing it as personal work.
 
I used a HDRI lightprobe and applied it to this model that I built, and then set it on a background photo from my home. The lamp is based on an actual lamp by a 1930’s Hungarian firm called Mofem (if you google it, you’ll find it).

If you look back to my bioshock environment project; you'll see the original lamp I made there, on a little table. Just so you can see how much I changed it from the god awful thing in that scene:
