In this project, I combined Unreal Engine 5 and TouchDesigner to create an interactive audio visualizer.
The visuals are programmed to displace in response to the beat of the music, specifically reacting to the song's kick.
I used several TouchDesigner nodes to overlay tracking squares on the footage, as well as their coordinates.
This setup allowed for a synchronized display of visual changes aligned not only with the musical beats, but also creating a procedural alpha-based UV Displacement map, dependant upon connected input. This makes for an immersive experience that visually represents the audio dynamics.
