We were asked to design and produce a ‘beautiful & tactile’ catalogue to showcase the Lard furniture designed by Brooklyn-based Product Architects, Commonwealth. CNC-Milled from Corian, the furniture takes on properties of white, shiny lard, giving the range its name. We wanted to impart some of this lard-like quality in the finished book, using clear foils on grey-board, which is reminiscent of lard pressed into felt.
