Motion Graphic Project - Ebola!

This piece was created as part of the final second year of foundation Motion Graphics project. The brief was to create a short piece on the format of an edutainment clip of 1 to 3 mins of duration. Over the strech of five weeks, students created their own scripts, storyboards and animatics, created design and graphic assets and animated their short movies. Teams were chosen randomly among the classroom and scripts were shuffled from one student into a different team, so each team was induced to interpret the scripts in their own unique way. This specific piece is about Ebola, a monster who might be bigger than he really is, that is, if the media feeds him properly.
SOME OF PRE-PRODUCTION WORK
My part in the project involved creating most of the character designs and animating them including the design of main ebola character. Below are some of the pre-production and characters visible in the video which are presentable in the gif format.
Heart , Kidney and Liver running from the ebola infected white blood cells

Character design for ebola

liquified organs, eyes bleeding and white blood cells ( before ebola and after ebola infects).
Animal carriers
