I created a logo for a Chinese delicatessen named Meet Meat. This delicatessen mainly offers cooked or seasoned pork for customers. The owner wanted to have a animated pig image on the logo, so I drew a smiled pig for her. In addition, I putted a chef hat on the pig’s head, and I worn a kitchen apron to it to make a visual connection between the pig and delicious food. Moreover, I drew a turner and a spoon on the opposite side of the pig to imply all food in this deli are hand-cooked. They have healthier and fresher ingredients which might leave a good impression like hand-cooked dishes to their customers . I chose pink because pink is the colour of pig’s skin, and it is the colour of most fresh raw meat.
