We got a chance to work with "Toshiba" for my appliance set design. Our main concept is to make "the user a better host in serving the guest". The form of the product can manipulate the feeling of warmth smile when people use or see; even the interface of the product can answer the user's target.

After analyzing existing product and interview users, we found a costumer job, pain and gain.  Then we set keyword to design that relate to the costumer jobs.  Our design keyword are Humble, Incentive to take care and easy to approach.  After that, we make sketch and create mock up to look the overview form.  Then choose final design in each appliances for design the details and interface.
