We Are All Equal
In collaboration with Lawrence Art House, the Girls To The Front initiative welcomes all women, queer, and nonbinary, artists to engage in the collaborative public art making process throughout the city of Lawrence. In its second consecutive year, Girls To The Front enlisted volunteers from within the community and surrounding areas to facilitate the visual arts and produce large scale art pieces at on all surfaces of Misserville Skate Park. My contribution, We Are All Equal, illustrates Lawrence's contemporary socio political atmosphere of acceptance, unity, and strength.
