Brief: To create a 0% alcohol spirit brand that focuses on the audience of of Generation Z, from its visual identity to the idea itself.

Concept: The concept looked at focusing on growing trends of Gen Z, one being the rise of vinyls being purchased within the generation, as 50% of vinyls sold are to people under the age of 25. A second trend I found was the rise of all black clothing and how it is a consistent colour throughout Gen Z, from looking cool to being emo so I felt it was a single colour that represented multiple different social groups of Gen Z.

Outcome: I created a non-alcoholic whiskey bottle design that encapsulated the rise of vinyl whilst alongside the idea of presenting the all-black trend within Generation Z. The brand name being 'NOIR' due to it being a word that is associated with lack of colour.
Using reflective clear foil it made the bottles details blend together in the all black format - but when in different environments such as bars the foil would reflect the atmosphere and colour of that given area.
I liked the idea of the design not being a standard glass bottle and would be its own shape on the shelf as a black silhouette. Although the details such as the label and bottle blend into one, this meant the final outcome would stand out on a shelf full of other drinks and spirits.
