Newton was a B2B, cloud-based, applicant tracking SaaS platform with over 1500 US customers. Target market: recruiters and hiring managers with 30-1500 employees. It was a branch of a the larger technology company, Paycor.
This subsidiary company had a visual style and brand somewhat established but it needed some refinement and hard rules set in a guide to fully solidify it. I worked with the senior product designer and creative director to develop a branding guide. Later I carried these established elements onward to recreate the new Newton homepage.
