The audiovisual installation Non-Logical Beauty Harmony is the materialization of a shared research on how to regain control on the beauty of our bodies. In every culture there is only one beauty ideal: the obsession for the smooth and clean surfaces, which bodies must follow. The perfect body is an optimized one: face filters, contenitive lingerie, beauty products create the illusion of an endlessly perfectible, improvable body. Our natural bodies are wrong, they must be corrected by artificial innests. The video shows two perfect, beautiful bodies looking for the Ideal Beauty that just like water slips away from them.

If you look closely, even if these two bodies are perfect, there’s something disturbed about this research for perfection, in a way they look like insects, with their hard and smooth body innests. The second part shows 4 the natural body how it is: a shrine, where the pictures

symbolize a divinity, are finally getting the attention they deserve, with gifts and offers. This installative part enhances the personal path to acceptance of our own harmony. Non-logical beauty is scary because it’s real.
